Complete an application
Click here to complete an application for the 2025-26 school year. Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2025, to be included in the enrollment lottery.
Step 2
Sign up for a language assessment (dual immersion target language speakers only)
If you are applying for a dual language immersion program and your child speaks the target language of the program to which you are applying, make an appointment for a language assessment when you apply online. If this is not available through the application, a district representative will contact you.
Students who pass the language assessment qualify as "target language proficient speakers" for the enrollment lottery.
Step 3
Once an offer is made, complete enrollment paperwork
Following the lottery in February, applicants will be notified if they have been accepted to a dual language immersion or magnet program. Once you receive an acceptance, you must complete a district-required enrollment packet within three weeks. Admission to the school is not confirmed until your enrollment packet is complete and approved.
Step 4
If coming to us from out-of-district, obtain a release and apply for an inter-district permit
On or after March 1, apply for a release from your district of residence and apply for an inter-district permit with GUSD by visiting glendale.schoolmint.com. You must obtain a permit in order to enroll.
